2014

This is pretty much the first time I've done an Applejack track during my time in the brony fandom. I was inspired by some of DJ Manian's bouncy rave productions ("Loco," "Welcome to the Club," "Ravers in the UK," and "We Don't Care," to name a few) and decided to try making a rhythm for the synthesizers, based on what I heard from those songs.

As usual, I continued infusing strings into the song's instrumentation, but to a lesser extent. In fact, the instrumental was done prior to New Year's Day, but the vocals couldn't come through until two days after that. So there - my first song of 2014. Enjoy.
